Terms of Service

1. Service
Emergency Tarps On Time provides temporary emergency roof mitigation in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Our patent-pending non-invasive tarp system is intended as a temporary measure to limit further water intrusion. It is not a permanent roof repair.
2. Estimates & Authorization
Pricing is provided based on the scope of work observed at the property. Service begins only after the property owner (or authorized representative) authorizes the work, in writing or verbally on site.
3. Insurance Claims
We document our work and provide reports formatted for insurance carriers. We do not guarantee any specific coverage outcome — coverage depends on your individual policy and your insurer's determination.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time service is authorized. The customer is responsible for any deductible or amount not paid by an insurer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our work is provided as-is. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by subsequent severe weather events, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the service performed.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
